Hi! There are some queries I wished to clarify. I am currently a lay follower practising meditation at least 1 and a half hours every day. May I know if it is possible for me to attain Jhana in this way? What are the criterias to attain Jhana. I can be a rather talkative person who have some problems fighting my desires but I do make attempts to fight them. Will fighting desires aid me to attain Jhanas?
